In the Barrel Aged Series, FoxTown Beer Crew wants to show how wood ageing can influence the flavour of a beer. Cask2021/04 is a whisky barrel that previous held a single cask 2011 Arran Scotch Single Malt. Our Quad the Fox aged for more than 11 months on this barrel.
