For malts we used pale malt, munich malt, amber malt, wheat malt and oat flakes.

Hopped with 5 American hop varieties
Columbus for bittering

Citra, Azacca, El dorado and Mosaic for aroma, whirlpool and double dryhop.

Fermented with a Chico yeast strain.

this resulted in tropical IPA with aromas of passion fruits, dried mango, grapefruits, with a long lasting bitter ending!
