In the Barrel Aged Series, FoxTown Beer Crew wants to show how wood ageing can influence the flavour of a beer. Cask2020/02 is an ex-rum barrel. The beer that went inside was our flagship beer InnerFox Tripel. This cask yielded 252 hand-numbered bottles.
