In the Barrel Aged Series, FoxTown Beer Crew wants to show how wood ageing can influence the flavour of a beer. Cask2020/01 is an ex-portwood whiskybarrel. The beer that went inside was our flagship beer InnerFox Tripel. This cask yielded 294 hand-numbered bottles.
